Fantastic track by Polish producer Hatti Vatti. It’s great to see real dubstep still alive, at least in some corners of the world. Love the artistic and creative videography as well.

Mos Def and Talib Kweli first joined forces in 1997 to create Black Star. Hip-Hop was at a pivotal turning point in the wake of Biggie and Tupac’s tragic deaths and these two came together to create awareness and reconciliation for the violent state of the music at the time.  They had one self-titled album which primarily recieved underground attention.

Fast forward to 2009 and the two came back together to record this absolute masterpiece entitled “History”. Rumor has it that the Black Star 2 album will drop sometime later this year.

As if it wasn’t enough that we get to enjoy fantastic music from the Crosstown Rebels record label, the group also documents their travels around the world in video shorts at http://rebelrave.tv. One of my favorites in the series chronicles their trip to Peru to visit Machu Picchu and play one of Peru’s first ever daytime beach parties. Enjoy!
